Vodacom/Evotel Migration
On an application form sent to Vodacom, it states that for 24 month contract customers, the current Evotel pricing (R474) will be honoured for the contract term (24 months).
I contacted the Vodacom customer care desk on the 08/01/2018 and was advised that R799 will be deducted from my account going forward.
Please explain this to me with making reference to the application form which I signed and sent to you guys.
I was under the impression that the pricing will only change to the Vodacom pricing once the Evotel contract term is up.
If this is not the case, please provide me with an alternate solution as I will not be paying R799 per month when I signed a contract for R474 per month, also taking into account that the 24 month customers were not given the option to cancel the contract and we were forced to migrate to Vodacom. I am still awaiting feedback from Vodacom.
There was a request logged by the consultant who helped me on the 08/01/2018 (SR 180 ********** 47). It is now the 24/01/2018 and I have not received a call neither did I receive an email response with regards to my query!!!!!
