Vodacome....Worst mistake of my life

My saga started in June when my line was disconnected and deleted with no one from Vodacom informing me of this. After I paid my June installment I phoned in from my aunt's phone and was told what had happened. I went through to the eastgate store and was shown that the numbers they had on the system was my previous work telephone and a number that did not even exist (how they got this is beyond me as I had never supp**** these numbers). But being the type of person that I am, I paid for the reconnection and new sim card and I specifically told the gentleman who helped me that I would be doing a direct deposit from here on out and to please cancel the debit order. What happens, he never cancelled it and in July after I did the direct deposit a debit order tries to go off and I get slapped with a penaltyy fee when it failed. After querying this, I was told by customer care that the penalty fee would be credited to my account. When I receieves my August invoice, I saw that I was being billed for data that I never received. I was also told that I could pay less on my installment because of the credit that I had received. Now I get a call from Vodacom informing me of a so-called short payment. When I phoned in to customer care, I was put through to subscriber collections, and spoke to Paul who told me that I would be liable for the penalty fee and that he will not help me and that I should call customer care, which I did. I then spoke to Thandaza who also refused to help me and wanted to transfer me back to subscriber collections when I requested to speak to a manager. A gentlmen by the name of Nhlanhla then picked up the phone and while I was explaining my situation, he cut the call on me. Now please explain how am I supposed to resolve this issue? I am dealing with people who cannot and will not help nor do they put me through to the correct departments. What kind of training do they receive?
