Vodacome stole the rewards of my educational

<p>I got 6 A's this term and am 6th in my grade. My dad bought me airtime so I could get some reward data and have data to research my 5 projects that count 25% of either this term or my final term. I had taken an advance so I was expecting Vodacom to deduct R11 what I wasnt expecting was them taking R60 even while auto update was off as well as mobile data and airplane mode was on. I was depressed the entire day cause I worked for that airtime and Vodacom basically told me i wasn't getting it back. Customer care was unavailable at the moment all three times and there wasnt even an option to speak with a consultant. So ive ported to MTN so now Vodacom has an excuse for taking what a 15 year old worked her butt off for. Its really wrong and mean and despicable. But since i have to do research i had tto convert the airtime left immediately since they'll take that away too when i change networks. Now i have 250mb for a day compares to a GB for two weeks</p> <p> </p>
