Vodacome sold me a faulty laptop
I have been sold a faulty laptop by Vodacome. When I took out the contract in January my laptop stopped working properly a week later. I phoned them and they said they could not help me and that I have to take it to Mecer. I took it there and they fixed it. A month later it starts to say no sound input. I have been trying to contact someone at vodacom and they keep transferring me to another department. No one is willing to help me. All I want is a working laptop and I've been sold a faulty one.
