Vodacome service sucks!!!!

I bought a phone online through a contract. the phone was damaged, I sent the phone back to Southgate Mall branch and its been 3 weeks I still have not received the phone. They called me to cancel the phone when I went there the phone was not available. when I want to cancel the contract their telling me I need to pay 6166 to cancel the contract.... they are not factoring the reason for the cancellation is VODACOM fault..... No wonder MTN is the leading cellular lead in Africa..... Vodacom does not value their customers based on their horrible service. I would not recommend a person to get a contract using this hell service provider.....
