VODACOME ****S CUSTOMERS WITH FORCED FAILED DEBIT ORDERS!

Vodacom seems to have found a new way to worm a few extra bucks out of its customers which is to IGNORE all requests for a change of banking details in order for Debit orders to fail- so that they can then charge a ridiculous R100 failure fee, for which they *******LY "invoice" you but refuse to send you an actual invoice and also refuse to call it what it is on your statement. Then they INSIST you waste some more of your time, in which you are then required to DRIVE into a Vodacom store in order to request PROOF of the call you made requesting this change and to then actually MAKE the change in person. Where is the customer service for a 10 year customer with 6 contracts??? Definitely not with any one of the Representatives Ive spoken to in the last month because they are ****** USELESS!!
