Vodacome network faulty for 2 months

Hello, my name is Mr dhladhla a resident of klarinet ext7 in Emalahleni mpumalanga.i have been calling vodacom about the network problem around our area where I live they have been sending me from pillar to post about my complain of their network not working around klarinet since 2 months full now since we have no network connection but we r fully charged every month gor the network we r not having, their *********** agents from 135 they told me that my account is in arrears but my account is up to date its just that they can't help us , so please if there is anyone from the management of vodacom to intervene on these matter cause we r paying contracts monthly for the service we r not receiving
