Vodacome network conectoin

Hello, since November 24, 2023, we have been without network at mmahlagare. Vodacom has not resolved our issue. Can you please help us? Since we reported the issue to you, they have only called once and nothing has changed. We have been reporting this issue since then, but nothing has happened. Please intervene because they are taking our money without providing any benefits.
