VODACOME FIBRE - STAY AWAY!!!

I moved into a new complex The Hudson@Amberfield on 01/04/2018 where Vodacom is the sole provider of fibre internet.

I put in an application on 27th March 2018. Today is 27 April 2018 and I've not been connected, my application has not been processed and nobody knows whats going on with the application, I've been calling Vodacom from the first week I moved in, and no one can explain whats happening with my application, the call center, and the account manager can't tell me when my flat will be connected or if it will ever be connected. Today I called the call center and I was advised that I can only be helped next week Wednesday when someone from the fiber depart (is back from leave)

I work from home, so for the last month, I've been buying data from Vodacom (2GB) every day for me to work. Their service is really appalling and its mostly because they are not competing with other service providers, so they can do whatever they want for the next 12 months without repercussion. If I had an option, I would have approached other service providers.

I signed a lease for 12 months; I now have 11 months left on my lease and Vodacom will be coming with a 12 months contract when they show up.

I very disappointed with the service I've have received from the fiber department and I would not recommend VODACOM FIBER to anyone. They are TOO BIG TO CARE.
