Vodacome Fibre cancellation

I would be SOOOO great if one (only one) consultant at Vodacom get know what they talk about and let me know if my fibre contract (which Vodacom cannot offer services) is cancelled???? Nobody knows what's going on. I was offered a new package to replace the Fibre contract, but no-one knows if the fibre contract is cancelled??? If you don't know, how must I know
