Vodacome Fibre

I've moved premises in..... 2020. And I logged a Fibre line transfer with vodacom a month prior. A month after I moved in I contacted them again to query when this process will take place. They assured me that it will be attended to soon. A few weeks later I contacted them again ( as this was a an important component for my job) and this time I was told they had the wrong address. I repopulated my information and was assured it will be attended to immediately. This carried on for some time ( costing me loads of airtime and prepaid data usage). After 4 months I decided 2 cancel as this was not the service I expected in a time where having a good internet connection is more necessary than ever with working from home. I am now being charged for services not rendered over the last 6 months for a line that is non existent on my premises.

Dear vodacom

In reference to your previous response, I am disappointed to say that no one has contacted me. The situation has actually worsend as now vodacom has sent my details to a collections company??? To collect payment over a service that I have not received??? I urge you to please contact me to help resolve this issue as following the customer care route has not yielded any satisfaction thus far. If this situation is not resolved soon. You will be seeking professional assistance to escalate the situation
