Vodacome Centurion Repairs

Vodacom Centurion repairs claim to have a 2-3 day SLA. They have had my phone for 9 days now with no feedback. I initially gave them the benefit of doubt in terms of possible shortage of spares but the guy on the phone today refuted this today before i was kept on hold for 7 minutes and cut off.
