Yesterday my phone was disconnected and to my shock when i call found out i owe R700 and something for a phone that the contract came to an end in Jan of 2019?I upgraded to another contract and has been paying so much that i was thinking of cancelling this contract and paying only fees that i owe.The contract i took was for R175 but since then i have payed as much as R653.Vodacom fix your nonsence before i report you. I want you to go back to the contract i took out at the end of Jan 2019 and see all the money that you have been taking from me. One of the consultants called me and told me last year that im paying too much.She was supposed to have fixed this problem but im still waiting. Now im not working (3 days a week) you want to bleed more money out of me,wow.
