VODACOME AND THEIR INCOMPETANCY !!

So i took brand new contract out in 2020 - Ram couriers delivered the phone and only for me to find out that the phone was faulty and broken... during this time of trying to figure out what was wrong with the phone i phoned vodacom numerous times to assist... eventually i cancelled the contract and returned the phone ... only to find out a few months ago when i wanted to take out a new contract , vodacom handed me over to their legal department --- when i asked what it was about they said it was for installments on the contract ... so please Vodacom.. explain to me how do i pay for services which was not rendered !!! ??? at that time i was busy with buying a house so i called their legal team and they insisted i pay R2700 inorder to clear my name , i was desperate so i did , got the letter from them and everything !!! only to find out that when i phoned them yesterday name is still flagged on the legal side !!! i spoke to soooooo many agents and no one can help me , not even the damn legal team !!! this has been 4 months ongoing ..... i have to use my airtime , my time .. my EVERYTHING FOR YOU INCOMPETENCY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i really had enough , and i am highly annoyed !!! can someone just come back to me already !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
