Vodacome and the insurance they have, they just making money out of people's pockets

I have contract phones with Vodacom and I had insurance for all of my phone's.

Last year I didn't have job for 2months, then as soon as I get a job, I contacted them.

I ask them if I can pay off what I owe them and we made arrangements for 4months to pay what I owe first.

They told me that everything will be on hold till I pay the the balance I owe first but as soon as I finish, everything will go back as normal.

In the second month vodasure deducted money on my account and I went to Vodacom to found out what's going on, then they told me that vodasure have no right to take Maney from my account they need to wait till afinish that balance. I lost my phone when I was R855 balance and I went to vodacome.

Theat lady told me I just need to pay that balance then she can claim my phone.

I went to policy station and I manage to bring what then needed . That lady told me to comeback within 2hours she's waiting for the reply.

They told me the insurance was cancelled due to no payment,I ask them how did the did that because was told that athomatically they as soon as I finish, every thing will go back to normal.

They refused to give me a phone and now I have to pay what I don't have anymore because off the let me pay for so long and knowing the just taking my money.
