Vodacome adding additional numbers without my consent !!!

I have been trying for months to get one additional number removed from my profile. I took an upgrade in Nov last year - But later cancelled the Upgrade as the Phones was not to my liking. There has been an additional number on my profile that I have been billed for since then. First it took forever to get this upgrade cancelled - But after loading a complaint here it was handled and reversed. The additional number was never cancelled though. Every time I call i get transferred from Pillar to Post. Yesterday I was at a branch who told me to call the ***** helpline! I mean really now - You can look into my Profile and see the history of what happened. I never asked for this additional number. I returned both phones that came in the double deal with the sim cards closed!!! I never activated any new numbers! The airtime that goes on that number is still there! Never used!! I need someone to Urgently investigate and get this number removed and all the charges reversed! I only want to keep my 2 remaining numbers that I got as part of my Original contract - 2x P30 lites more than 2 years ago!
