Vodacom...deal...no deal

I've never had an issue with Vodacom and tried to resolve it without having to log onto Hello Peter...on black Friday I called to cancel my contract as Telkom had a good deal, I spoke to Andile who was extremely helpful and matched my deal almost 100%. I was surprised as I had gotten my contract cancelled without a fee as it was near ending anyway and we went over the debit order amount . I was told it would be my normal debit end November and my new one starts end December. I needed to cancel my insurance on my old device and I would be debited only the agreed amount, happy days!! Got my phone, loving it! A week later I woke up and had 0 data from 5 agreed to on black Friday. so I decided to call in and ask where just under 4gigs went ...as I was holding for customer care it read out my current bill, to my surprise it was almost R300 more than my agreed amount...now it's two things, my data that disappeared and now my bill being incorrect...I spoke to Nosipho who had a look, explained that the 5 gigs were a promotion for 5 days and now that it's done they need to activate my monthly which she kindly logged a call for. She also logged a call for my billing and said they will listen to call recordings and get back to me. 5 mins later she kindly called me to tell me that it's been logged successfully (high five to Nosipho for calling me back to tell me its done). I called again 2 days later, I think and a lady told me it's still under investigation...I don't mind but until then I have to buy additional data regardless of my data I am paying and if the bill isn't amended by a certain date they wont be able to reverse the invoice and I'll have to pay it and only next month will it be amended correctly...not cool!! I want to make sure I have my data avtivated ASAP and do not want my debit order to take as much as it's set for...
