Vodacomchat new Samsung A73 5G has issues

I have been a Vodacom customer for over 10 YEARS and hardly experienced any cell phone(device) issues but recently , with this last contract It has showed me flames, already in the first 3 days after buying the phone I noticed the battery did not last so I called Vodacom chat and spoke to Jason and he advised me to leave it on the charger overnight.

The next day I was hoping everything will be resolved, nope no luck . I then realised the power on the phone lasts only an hour and needed to charge it often , I ended up buying a power bank which was strange as I have not used it(power bank) for the past 5 years.

In December after coming back from the holidays I decided to take the phone in for repairs, they then sent it to East gate mall. Two(2) weeks later I called to find out the update on my phone they informed me that the phone has an issue and needed to be sent to heard office in Midrand , Realising all of this I felt It would be unfair for me to take back a phone that is less than 3 months which is already giving me issues and I'm still paying for it monthly, paying for the phone/service which I do not have back. I would like to be given a new phone from the box immediately so that I can start this journey over as my experience with this phone has been such an inconvenience and very much unpleasant! or stop debiting my bank account and refund me . Please can you consider my request for a brand-new phone as my contract is this fresh or cancel the contract and refund me. To add on to this I have not had my phone for a month it?s been with Vodacom . (Samsun A73 5G) As its not fare to be called and told there nothing we can do , you a big brand and are able to make sure the client is always happy and I'm sure I'm not the only person experience such issues with a brand new Samsung phone.

Your kind assistance on this matter would be highly appreciated.
