Vodacom..bull...lol

Well well.. Vodacom must please explain this..??Your current usage is R0 and your outstanding balance is R ********** .62. It will be deducted 2018-11-26. For more balances dial *135# free from your phone. And yesterday on the 26/11/2018..vodacom decided to lock my number and I can't make or receive any calls.. So I visited a Voda store and was told that they can't see anything and can't do anything.. All I want is that vodacom releases my number to cell c.port..so can have my old number on the Cell c provider..I do already did Rica with cell c..so now after spending ..time ..calls and money..I cant use my phone.... And will be keeping Vodacom liable for any loss of income as from yesterday..26 nov 18.., And there is still an amount that due to them and RMCS..and Edgars that I have lost in spending on calls, travel and time..in the amount of over R 3000

Reviewer Update
I did get a reply (below)at long last from Vodacom..but my question is still why must I go to the expense again to go back to a Vodacom shop, as I was there yesterday..and was told that Rica is okay on my number.. At drive Walkerbay shopping centre.. Good day Ben As per our chat, I have advised that the cell number ********** 144 is not RICA registered and therefore, the sim has to be RICA registered at a Vodacom shop in order to continue using the sim card. Dear Ben,
Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation.  As per the email sent by Lance Gurling, your number is indeed locked due to RICA registration. The line locked when the number was converted to prepaid. Please visit your nearest Vodacom shop with your ID document and proof of residence to register the sim card for prepaid.  Regards  Consumer Website Team(SA)

Best regards,
