Vodacom@FAIL

In January 2015 ********** action was discovered on my Vodacom ****le account. I asked for assistance at the V&A branch but 5 months later my account is still being charged when in fact vodacom owes me money. Why can this not be resolved! I have gone to the branch copious amounts of times. Been harassed and called a **** by the staff , in front of a manager, when the facts are clearly visible on their system. Many promises have been made, screen shots sent but
