Vodacom4U Westgate Mall. Clueless store manager (Roelof Pieterse) harassing consultants (Ntombi)

Repulsive response from Consultant at Vodacom4U Westgate by the name of Ntombi. Rude, arrogant, lack of knowledge to be considered a front line staff. Denies customer disclosure of information. Store manager Roelof Pieterse the most cluesless store manager that does not take customer complaints into consideration very quick to contradict himself and his staff. Wouldn’t recommend Vodacom4U Westgate to anyone. The staff is payed to harass clients !!!
