Vodacom4U Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark

It's been 5 weeks since I visited this store WITH STILL NO FEEDBACK REGARDING MY CONTRACT. I was welcomed by the laziest arrogant staff that acts like she knows everything but she can't even fill in the paperwork correctly and making me have to drive back so we can start over and then telling me she'll be in touch. She never called, I had to go to them to find out what is going on. Only to find out she submitted the paperwork incorrectly or lost it who knows. She failed to call us again making me drive to her again just to find out everything was wrong and then after filling out paperwork again from the start, they couldn't get the product because of the Covid-19. YOU COULD'VE TOLD ME BEFORE I FILLED EVERYTHING IN. I am still waiting for information regarding my order. Just go across the street to save yourself the ********** time waste. Is this the way you treat a loyal long term customer. Honestly.
