MY mom aged 75 got a alcatel tablet/ netbook in december from this store. rightof the bat they gave her the wrong contract and charged her to much it took us 3 months to sort it out. during those 3 months i took the device back 3/4 times because the usb port did not want to read any thing( a mouse, usb stick, external hard drve) the employees at he store including the ass. manager did not want to book it in even after the store technician said we should. finally about a month agoi took it back and refused to leave the store until they either replace it or fix it. they did not really want to book it in but they saw how angry i was and "conveniently" booked itin for repairs. now they came back to us and said it is a OBF and we chose between 2 other models. the first one is notthe same as the one my mom got. my moms had win 10 32gig storage and 4g wifi capability. the ones they are offering us is a android vodaom n8 tablet which is not the same and has very poor review but if we want the other one they offer we have to buy a router as well as pay in an extra R300 can you f------ believe it. after nearly a week trying to sort this out the owner said we are welcome to take them to small claims court. WELL GUEES THE **** WHAT ?. I AM GONNA TAKE YOU TO SMALL CLAIMS BUT ALSO FOR TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY MOMS ACCOUNT R4000PLUS WITHOUT HER CONCENT AND THEN STILL CHARGING HER FOR THE DEVICE JEFFREYSBAY VODACOM STORE IS ONLY ABOUT MAKING THE BUCK THEY CLIM THEY CARRY NO LIABILTY IN THIS CONSUMER PROCESS.
