Vodacom4u Cavendish lost my iphone

On the 31st August I took my iphone 6 in to Vodacom Cavendish Square to be booked in to be repaired as it was under warranty. After 3 weeks I went in to the shop to check on the status of the repair as I had not heard anthing. After waiting in a que I was told they could not help me as the repair centre is closed on saturdays, they took my name and number and said they would call me first thing on Monday am. By midday I had heard nothing, so I called them. They couldnt seem to find the phone or help me, and said they would call me back shortly. They did not call me back. On Tuesday I called them back and the same thing, confusion and no one seemed to be able to locate my phone. At this stage I was fed up. On Tuesday afternoon the store manager called me back to say the phone was misplaced and they would replace it soonest. I waited until the Friday and called once again to find out an ETA on the replaced phone, the manager said its been ordered and will arrive on Monday. On Monday I heard nothing. On Thursday I went in to the store again, only to be told by the assistants that there was no iphone 6 left for collection but they would call me back. Later that day the manager called to say my phone was there and we agreed I would collect midday the next day. I went in to collect the phone, and was handed a second hand scratched iphone 6, without a box, warranty or any information regarding the history of this iphone. I switched it on to find there is a funny line through the screen. Not a scratch, it seems to be in the lighting. This whole situation has been handled POORLY and needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. I will not accept this phone.
