Vodacom zero service

I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years, but when it comes to getting what I want done there is zero service! It's been probably more than 2 years that I am trying to get numbers cancelled on my contract to no avail. I have a reference number again but that's where it ends. You call to cancel and they just never do, time and time again. My contract is suspended right now and even after paying it's still not connected. Im am totally disappointed. Want all my contracts cancelled.
