VODACOM your service is absolutely disgusting and ****!!!!!!!!

VODACOM your service is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!! I have called your call centre on numerous days to cancel 2 contracts that have already expired since the 2nd of December and to date you cannot do a simple task. All I hear is this is being escalated and escalated.

Your consultants just cut the call and no one can help. You are literally robbing your clients and provide absolute **** service and your managers do not even care about your customers. I will never recommend your service and will never ever want to do business with you again.

I hate everything that you guys stand for based on the disgusting service I have received. Your empty promises to call back and to cancel my contracts just fall on deaf ears. ****, ****, **** service is all I can say about VODACOM and no one should ever sign up with you!!!
