Vodacom - Your screen insurance sucks
Vodacom you really disappointed me. I've been a client for over 20 years and have 6 contracts. I took my iPhone in for repairs as I have screen insurance as well. Only to be told that the repairs will cost R16479,17. The bottom right corner of my phone is damaged. Functionally everything works on the phone. To top it off Vodacom suggested I get a quote from WeFix and they will match or even better the quote...Go figure...anyway thanks Vodacom for the 20+ years. I will be cancelling the rest of my contracts.

It's been 2 days and still no call...which leads me to assume your consultants are extremely busy? Anyways, The Real Repair Company, in Constantia Village quoted me R3500,00 to fix my phone which I gladly accepted as Vodacom said the device was beyond repair. This amount is roughly what my subscription used to be.
