Vodacom, your Elite Mobile Service will make me switch from Vodacom
I got a call to renew my contract from Elite Mobile and they said they are calling n behalf of Vodacom. The service has been horrible. I still haven't had my order corrected. Can Vodacom stop getting this company to call us as I have dealt directly with Vodacom before and never had any issues. I would like to cancel the contract with Elite Mobile and work with Vodacom Directly.
Can Vodacom please assist me and if they can't I will rather change networks.

This query is still not resolved. Elite Mobile keeps promising to collect the phone and cancel the order. I'm stting here unable to do and upgrade and I have called Vodacom for help and it seems you also can't help me. Can somebody just help me get this issue finalised please. I would like the phone to be collected and contract with elite mobile cancelled so I can do a proper upgrade.
