Vodacom Your Customer Service is the worst!

Your service is absolutely appalling ! It is over a year and a half and you still have not sorted my issue out - I sometimes get replies - sometimes not - Just depends - I have spoken to Managers of Managers - who promise my issues will be sorted out - I have signed and sent off all the required documents - BUT you just don't do what you are supposed to do! We have terrible signal in our area - and according to your technicians words - there is just too much demand and not enough signal in our area! Well logic says if there is too much demand then supply more! It seems to me that you are only interested in taking customers money - you don't believe that their needs are essential to your core purpose! IF you believed that customers were essential to you then you would do your best to sort their queries out. But i can say from experience that - that is just a facade! For example - i queried again this morning - and the consultant said that he would do his best to sort out my query. I said ok - but i really don't think he would be able to do it because too many people before him promised the same thing! Then we ended the call and i received a SMS asking if my query was resolved - i said No. Then a very disinterested lady called me to ask why I said no, I said to her that i doubt she would be able to assist me - and she very apathetically said OK. Then we ended the call. She really didn't want to bother with my query - but i am sure she is going to get all her calls in for the day! Not sure if she will sort one out though! I wish you would spend less time on marketing and sponsorship and more time on actually sorting customer queries out!
