VODACOM YOU SUCK BIG TIME

Once again I am back complaining about Vodacom, I have many data bundles with them last week it was the 1 and this week it is a other one. First of all the 2 data bundles are not used on the same laptops secondly thy are not even in the same house. I phone to complain that my data has just disappeared, first the consultant want's to argue with me that this is a cell phone card NO IT IS NOT, then she tells me that we loaded money on to this card NO WE DID NOT as this card was placed in the same device a 3G USB the day we signed the contract and has never been taken out of it. Then she tells me I did up grades on the lap top that is why the data is finish. NO I DID NOT AND NO IT IS NOT SET TO AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE. Then the answer is eish we will log and get it investigate. now let met put this in plain simple words. I get the same amount of data every month and every month I do exactly the same things this month and only this month it disappears. Please check my history and see for yourself . And please don't let some arrogant person phone me and say as a good gesture we will load whatever sort this problem out. Hope Cell C will buy all my contract.
