Vodacom you suc****!

Vodacom ***** Department is literally nonexistant. I reported a case where someone had upgraded on my phone number at their store in fourways over 2 months ago and I still have not received any feedback. I live in Cape Town. To make matters worse, I called their ***** inland number and the guy who answered me on 16/03/2020 at 15:50 was a total **** with an attitude for days.
