Vodacom you stole my money and jeopordised my personal information!

Unfortunately there isn't a minus star function. I was oversees and when I came back my number was deleted. It was prepaid and there was still airtime on it. All my personal info ( banking etc. ), Otp's were all sent to the number,so now there is some of those institutes that won't allow me to change to a new number without the otp from the old one. They didn't give me warning of any form and I have 2 other contracts with them that was active through all of this. Vodacom you are bunch of ******* that feel a **** for your customers! As soon as I can I'm going somewhere else,you suck! If you take money from someone without their consent that is theft, no matter how much!
