Vodacom, you p..d me off big time

I notified Vodacom in Dec that I would not be taking an upgrade once my contract expired. However, a prepaid deal of R98 pm for R200 airtime + 1 G data was a lucrative offer which I accepted. However, wef 1 Jan, the new deal kicked in but without the data. After 3 frustrating calls, where my average "on hold" time was 45 minutes, the last lady I spoke to, on 5 Jan, picked up that my data had not been activated. However, whilst trying to resolve, the call was dropped. The only positive in this saga is that they sent me an SMS asking if my problem had been resolved and called me back. This time I was told that the problem would be escalated, Reference number 1- ********** 301552. It's halfway through the month and I had to buy more airtime as my allocation was being used for "out of bundle" data usage. I also had to buy bundled data.

On 13 Jan I was allocated 1 Gig of data "in the meantime" but my problem remains unsolved. I'm just worried that I will have the same fight on 1 February.
I suggest that "hellopeter" be changed to "who p..d you off the most". No prizes for guessing who my choice would be. They will probably "as a gesture of goodwill" give me free airtime from midnight to 5am. We don't need these silly freebies. Just play your part Vodacom!
Hellopeter please help?
