Vodacom you have ruined my life

I Vincent Molaudzi paid Vodacom the money they claimed I owe them,and I'm asking for a settlement letter and explanation as to how did I ended up owing them yet I don't even have a contract with them,I was told I will be sent a settlement letter within 28-48 working hours and they will try to repay me because they are then one's at fault,but now again when I check my credit status it states that my name will remain in bad books for 3 years because of being a bad payer to vodacom,and believe me,they are hard to get over the call centre,billing department,cancellation department including collection depqrtment,even if I can get a settlement letter but now whatever I want to buy will be approved on a high interest rate because of the bad experience I had with vodacom,please remove my name from bad payers at credit bureau,I can't wait for 3 years to be done
