Vodacom you have lost a customer!

I have contacted the Vodacom call centre SEVERAL times and have been passed from pillar to post with no resolution! It is so frustrating when you have to explain the situation over and over again as you get passed from one consultant to the next only to be cut off after spending what feels like all day on the phone trying to sort the problem out! I received a bill for R1873.21 on 9 September 2016. I do not have any contracts with Vodacom - I am on a TopUp 75 and R89.49 is debited from bank account every month. I phoned to query this large sum of money and was told that my account was debited due to a "system error" and that they (Vodacom) would resolve the issue. My phone has been disconnected several times due to this "system error". Well, I got a notification from FNB that R1873.21 has been deducted from my account today! I phoned Vodacom three times this morning after being cut off three times speaking to three different consultants. One of the consultants said my account is in arrears and that is why they deducted this sum of money. I repeat - I do not have a contract with Vodacom. I am on a TopUp 75!!! How can my account be in arrears!?!?! R89.40 has been deducted from my account without fail every month! To say that I am appalled and disgusted with the "service" and treatment I have received from Vodacom would be an understatement! I need to speak to someone competent TODAY to resolve this issue! In the meantime I have instructed my bank to reverse the debit order. If my phone gets disconnected again, there will be hell to pay for! This has caused me so much unecessary stress and anger - I am so upset! I do not have the time, energy and patience to deal with matter any further! PLEASE SORT THE PROBLEM OUT!!!
