Vodacom, you disgusting

Are there even people at VODACOM who are doing their jobs???? I have the WORST experience with them. Absolutely no one are willing to help me. I had a 3 year LTE wifi contract in 2019, wich means in 2021 the contract ended. No one called me in regards of upgrading or cancelling the contract. They kept on billing me monthly. I then went the correct route to mail them to cancel my contract as i was not using it anymore. NO response from them whatsoever. I then started calling, each and every person transferred me to the next consultant. I have numerous mails to prove that I tried my best to cancel the contract. It’s 2025 and i am truly fed up with vodacom!
