VODACOM you disappoint! This is how you treat old customers!

What do I do? I have been on the phone with Vodacom for four days now. I even went to the store to attempt to resolve the matter. I must have been one of the first people to apply for Vodacom Fiber in Richards Bay. This being during the period July, 2019. To date, I have not received Fiber despite being told that it would take at most three months. Due to unforeseen reasons, I have been compelled to move from one area to another hence having to do a re-location application. This is where the wheels, doors, engine and body fell of the car after being told that this would not be a problem. The application was completed and send to Vodacom Fiber a week before re-location in order to avoid any delays....nice try. We were told that the employee that attended to the re-location application accidentally switched off our LTE and that a re-application should be done for the Fiber. This was done and forwardedc to the relevant department and now we are told that the fibre has been declined after being promised that the LTE would be connected by 24H00 last night. There were no problems with my LTE previously. Now The store says to contact the call center, the call center says contact the store or fire department. We have spoken to the Fiber Department, the call center and the store. I have been with Vodacom for more than 20 years and have many contracts with them and this is how their staff treats their pay checks. What does this say for the brand????? Why employ people that do not want to be of service to clients? Why does the one hand not know what the other hand is doing? I need answers please! Even upon calling the complaints department at Vodacom, they referred me back to the store. It is like talking to a brick wall.
