Vodacom you did it again - absolutely no service delivery

Contacted Vodacom call center regarding after sales service and once again no assistance was provided. You struggle to get through to them and when you eventually get through, after holding on for forever and a day, they tell you apologies, but the department you need to speak to is now closed. You speak to an agent, and they advise that unfortunately they cannot assist, but promise that somebody will call you to assist the following working day. We are still waiting on that call, and this includes a supervisor. The only thing we can take from this is that Vodacom does not care about their clients. They are purely sales focused and there is no after sale service. Vodacom, again, please do better and contact us urgently. Let see if you can turn this arround.
