Vodacom you are useless, tell me what needs to do to get out of the contracts I have with Vodacom

First I just want to say that I am a loyal customer of Vodacom for over 18 years. Now I realized the customer care center is useless. I had 2 phone line contracts and a Fibre contract with Vodacom. A call center agent phoned me on the 28th of April to offer me an upgrade on my line, which I refuse at the beginning of our conversation. He continued to ask me what I use the two lines for as he could see one line was just for data, and the other line was just for call minutes, upon which he offered to upgrade my one line with enough data and airtime so that I didn't need to use two lines. He explained that he would send me an early cancellation quote for the line to be canceled and that I would need to sign and pay the early cancellation at a Vodacom store once done send the signed quote, copy of my ID, and proof of payment in two days. I did as the guy advised. In the month of May, I get an invoice high than any invoice I have paid Vodacom in the past, for the two phone lines (including the canceled contract). I have phoned Vodacom since May every day I am being sent from one department to another. I have been told the issue has been escalated but I have received new invoices in the month of June and July which still includes billing from the cancelled line. I resorted to reverse the debit order from my bank after not getting any resolution from Vodacom. I have reached out to customer care today to try and resolve this issue once and for all and still being sent between departments. I am seating with this issue since April we are now in July, and the issue has not been resolved. There is QuickSIM insurance that was on my line that I have also phoned Vodacom insurance to cancel in April and to date they are still debiting me. Vodacom you have a bunch of *********** call center agents that tell you they cannot help me or their department doesn't have access and pass you from one department to the other. I want to resolve this and cancel all my contracts with Vodacom, please help.
