Vodacom- You are shocking

for the past 3 weeks I have been loosing signal with my calls and as a result thereof my calls drop. I have had approximately 12 dropped calls in the past 21 days and I run my business off my phone.

Here is where my problem comes in! I made four calls to Vodacom to ask them why I am not being able to hold calls. Every consultant said that they would escalate the query for me and call me back before the close of business. Haha didn't receive one call back. My last call was yesterday afternoon at approximately 2pm and I asked to speak to a supervisor, because of the atrocious service I received. The consultant put me on hold for 8 minutes and then I was hung up on. I never bothered to call back because I would receive the same service I had received all along.

Is this the way you treat a customer that spends R30 000 a year with you?

I will not pay my cellphone contract for the next two months as a result of the service I have received. I have lost financially in this regards as I use my mobile for business.

I dare Vodacom to cut me off whilst I am not paying! I will take legal action against you and personally I don't care how much it costs, it is the principle of the matter.

Maybe after writing this I will get a call bac****!
