Vodacom you are rogues!!

Guys please stay far away from vodacom, this service provider are rogues!!! I took a 2 year contract with them and this year July the contract was up. At the beginning of June I called in and canceled both the numbers. End of July I still get a debit order going off and for more than the amount I was paying for the 2 years. Called in and they gave some bull**** story that they will sort out. Come end of August another debit and this time for double the amount that I was initially paying. Called cancelations department again only to be told they never canceled the one sim card and decided on their own to top up that sim card WITHOUT my permission. Called the billing department and they said it would take 48 hours for someone to get back to me and refund me. It's been more than a week. Vodacom you ***** MONEY from your clients and that is absolutely disgusting. It is ******* to top up a clients account without permission. How on earth do these companies get away with this *******!!! I will never ever use this service provider again. If I need to get a legal team involved I will. This is utter *******
