Vodacom - You are just a number.

After over 20years, vodacom's service has really declined to be the worst in the market. In the past 3 months I have experienced 3 upgrades canceled without communicating the reason, then when you enquire, the offer is no longer available and you must take another more expensive offer. My daughter's phone number suspended without communicating, after calling them to explain the urgency of the matter, they promise to get back to you in 48 hours, but never call or resolve the issue. And then the best blocking your number so that you cannot call client care from your number, saying that they got to many calls from your number, well then please improve your service so that I don't need to phone you so often!!
