VODACOM YOU ARE BEYOND PATHETIC!!!

Your call centre needs a complete shake up!!! What utter and disgusting service and feedback i have had today - over 5 hours of myself making calls to your call centre to sort out a problem on my account. Either you can't get through, if you do get through then the agent is useless and cannot help you or when you're speaking to them the line is cut off!!!! They don't bother to call you back and haven't got a clue about customer service!!!! I am beyond words to express my frustration on you lot - you don't deserve to be called a proudly South African company! SHAME ON YOU!<br> <br> Time to cancel my contract and move it elsewhere!!!
