Vodacom Yet again

Vodacom has failed to process my debit order yet again because they have used the incorrect bank code. This is despite a consultant's assurance in mid December that it would be processed correctly on 2 January. This assurance was given after she had involved a supervisor and noted my repeated calls to the billing department. By the way if a customer makes repeated calls to the call centre in order to get service the customer's call gets blocked and you are informed that a supervisor will call the customer-the supervisor never calls.

This cell phone company treats its customers appallingly. Try going into a Vodacom store with the problem and the employees themselves inform you that the only number they have is the call centre which is utterly unhelpful.

The customer is sent aroun in frustrating circles.

Vodacom will respond to this review as if they are attending to it-of course they do not.

P E Flynn

That is what they have said to all previous posts and all should know that it is an empty promise which they will not fulfill!

Their Consumer Website Team respond like this every time to give the impression that the customer is receiving service.

The service is not forthcoming from their consultants are clearly incapable of providing anything near an adequate problem solving service

Note what I said above. Vodacom has not delivered on the undertakings contained in the official business reply. My view is that the reply is posted to create the impression on hellopeter that they are dealing with the complaint-public relations -but then ignore it.

Please note that Vodacom could not care less about sites like hello peter. I have had no success by listing complaints on this site. They pretent to respond but never actually deal with the issue. Just public relations pretence!
