Vodacom Wrong phone delivered

I recently app**** for a new line with Vodacom online , a young lady by the name of Michelle O contacted me and gave me the most pleasant experience ever.<br> <br> She told me the was no stock at the time of the Huawei P8 which I wanted and it would go onto back order. For three weeks I did not get any device , thereafter and after Michelle O assisting me she found out that the ware house did not release the phone and when they were asked about it they just said that they did not have stock , only to find out that they just did not have my name on the delivery list.<br> <br> So after these happenings on the 28-09-2015 they delivered the phone to me which was incorrect , I ordered the Huawei P8 and they just delivered the Huawei P8 Lite which is inferior and also not on the price plan that I was offered of R399 a month.<br> <br> I have been sending mails to Michelle O and after a week she did contact me but my mails were never sent through to her and those who got the mails just never bothered to tell her.<br> <br> I believe this is really not fair that I pay for something inferior to what was agreed and that now I get told that this phone will be collected and then they will deliver another device.
