Vodacom wrong phone

Last week friday very early in the morning, I received a call from a lady by the name of lidia from Ram, she told mi that they collecting the phone before 5pm and i told her it's fine il be home waiting, waited the hole day with no call or sms from them, today.... the same lady called and she told me that the driver said i said the parcel is not ready, no driver called mi and now they lying about the hole thing for no reason, how can the parcel not be ready cos the phone is been in the box waiting for them to come collect it,i never opened it... I dont know what games is Vodacom and Ram playing with me but im not interested and its not funny, she said they will come and collect it today again and they did not come.... So im still waiting,,
