Vodacom Worste Service Provider Ever

Worse service ever unhelpful I went to Vodacom for months now trying to have my issue resolved. The agents their straight told me that there is nothing they can do to help me and that my seeking assistance other place wouldn't be fruitful. But they are deducting my money every month for something that I no longer have use for. I took a data sum from them which they later upgraded and never told me that the Sim would be locked to the home router they are giving me. I moved to Afrihost cause Vodacom was unable to assist me with Fibre. I tried to create use for their Sim to use it in my portable router they are unable to help me with that. I tried to down grade the package they are unable to help with that. I went to them The other day to migrate this thing to a cell phone package that is equivalent to the amount I am paying every month also unsuccessfull. They keep saying somebody is going to phone me logging quaries but giving me no reference numbers.Totally disgusted
