VODACOM WORST SP EVER!!!!!

<p>I have a vodacom contract for the past 5years and never I had a pRoblEm till 1 year back. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have 2 contracts and (2numbers and phones) THE 1 NUMBER IS ALWAYS A MESS WITH SUPSCREPTIONS ETC, THEY KEEP TAKING IT OFF AND THEN THE NEXT MONTH IT IS ON AGAIN!!!! So how do i cancel sipcriptions just to go in or phone every month???? BUT NEVER GET RESOLVED EvErytime my airtime is gone and the data also just last 2-3 days in the month. BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The second query i have is the data I get billed but I don't ask for!!! Every month my bill needs to be the same as this is a prepaid contact so i put a 1gig on after that i need to call in or put on myself!! but my bill diffrent every month. I called in 2 times to request data and the 1 time I called and they could activate the one on 082 but the second time I called they could not activate the one on 076 but month end I get a bill and it is on there. THEN MONTH AFTER MONTH THEY CHANGES MY DATA and less data more money on BILL. HOW CAN YOU BILL DATA THAT I DONT ASK FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i REQUESTED FOR A REFUND BACK ON THE 3RD OF JULY THE LADY TOOK ALL MY DETAILS AND SHE SAID IT WILL TAKE 7 DAYS THEN THE MONEY WILL BE N MY BANK ACCOUNT. AFTER 7 DAYS I CALL BACK, NO MANAGER THE LADY WHO HELPED ME WANTED TO LEAVE AND SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>NOBODY EVER GET BACK TO YOU NOBODY EVER WANTS TO HELP YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>VODACOM IS THE WORST PEOPLE I CAN DEAL WITH!!! A LOYAL COSTUMER THEY DONT WANT TO UPGRADE OR HELP. </p> <p> </p>
