Vodacom-Worst Service Provider ever-They just dont care about us

<p>For the first time, I see a line item on my Vodacom Bill - Content Services</p> <p>I queried this with Vodacom. According to the operator I subscribed to 5 services named Tapgamez, Sarahouze, HM_WallchaterGold, Funnio, BITBOP. Never heard of them and definitely will never subscribe to these services.</p> <p>The service and assistance I received from Vodacom is dissapointing, after being a customer for years. I was told to cancell this myself.</p> <p>I logged a query with vodacom, still pending and received no feedback from them. </p> <p>How can Vodacom treat their customers like this, they should protect us from this. I have an agreement between Vodacom and myself, and not a 3rd Party, and did not give permission to any one to allow any additional charges on my bill. I was billed over a R1000.00 for this ****.</p> <p>I cant wait for my contract to end with Vodacom, will never ever in my life support them again or advise anyone to support them.</p> <p>I also expect from Vodacom a full refund on my account asap.</p>
