Vodacom worst service provider ever

Vodacom is the worst network provider I ever came across. I have reported that our signal is not existant in the Vaal Marina area for months already. I'm not the only one who has reported this issue. Nothing gets done about it. I have a contract with Vodacom. I must pay every month for no service. If you don't pay you get a demand letter but it's no problem for vodacom not to worry about no signal.
